output-onlinepngtools (1)The ten Victorian Health Services are:

Cobaw Community Health, Edenhope & District Memorial Hospital Service, Heathcote Health, Kilmore & District Hospital, Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Mallee Track Health and Community Service, Robinvale District Health Services, Rural Northwest Health, West Wimmera Health Service and Wimmera Healthcare Group.

The two University Research Centres are:

John Richards Centre for Rural Ageing Research, La Trobe University, Wodonga and Swinburne Social Innovation Research Institute, Swinburne University.

Our recently completed ‘Best Practice Project’ showcases innovative good practice at each of our partner services. Along with producing our best practice brochure, we have also produced a series of digital stories to share our experiences and innovative ideas.

The project allows SMArt partners to learn from each other and identify a framework of criteria for valuing best practice of rural health services.
